Over 400 energised Surf Coast residents united by a concern for climate change

The new Victorian Government’s commitments on our environment. While the environment didn’t feature as a leading issue in the Victorian state election, Environment Victoria and other environment organisations were able to secure a number of commitments from our new government for action.  Unfortunately, not all of their commitments will help our environment, and some will actually send us in the wrong direction. Environment Victoria have provided a snapshot of the new government's commitments on the environment.
